Aarti Pandey

Aarti Pandey was born in India and is a sculptor. She trained at the former Frink School of Figurative Sculpture, a unique academy, closer in spirit to a 'master and apprentice' structure for two years in 2002. She was awarded the ING Baring ‘Discerning Eye’ national bursary and Tussards Group Annual award for her works. Here she was taught the traditional skills of sculpture - educated in the observational and technical disciplines. Earlier studies in Developmental Biology and Genetics also influence her work.

Aarti lives in Marple, UK with her husband, three children and dog.
